Meet the Team

Liz Hudson, MA, LPA, HSP-PA, MHt

Grace House Wellness Founder & Owner

Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist

Liz believes the body remembers what the mind sometimes cannot say. Liz is a holistic psychotherapist and certified transpersonal hypnotherapist, drawing on modalities like somatic therapy, breathwork, inner child healing, parts work (IFS) and subconscious work to support clients through anxiety, trauma, life transitions and living in “survival mode.” Her approach blends clinical expertise with genuine presence — she believes healing happens as much in the relationship as in the technique. Liz works especially well with clients seeking deeper work and those willing to go beyond the symptoms and embark on a journey of true healing and transformation.

Ashley Francis, MS, LMFT, RYT-200, Reiki Practitioner

Psychotherapist

Ashley believes the patterns that keep us stuck once kept us safe. Healing begins when we learn to understand those patterns—not fight them. She believes lasting change isn’t created through insight alone. It happens when your mind, body, and nervous system begin having a different experience.

Specializing in somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, mindfulness, yoga, and experiential approaches, she helps clients move beyond managing symptoms and toward living with greater freedom, authenticity, and connection. She believes that anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, or even trauma responses aren’t problems to eliminate, but adaptations that developed for good reason.

Clients drawn to Ashley are insightful, capable, and successful by most standards but eventually realize they’re exhausted—not because they’re weak, but because they’ve been carrying too much for too long. She offers compassion, honesty, and the occasional challenge when it serves her client’s growth. Healing isn’t about becoming someone different; it’s about coming home to the person you’ve always been beneath the survival strategies.

Danielle Frain Benham, CFNC, CCT

Thermographer + Emotion Code Practitioner

Danielle is North Carolina’s only Certified Clinical Thermography Technician. Together with her Functional Nutrition Counseling and Emotion Code Certifications, she helps clients visually map their inflammation and then find solutions — both physical and emotional — to help bring the body into a more balanced state, which can then be shown in future images. Danielle’s approach involves using the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and she utilizes the Lebowitz Protocol (applied kinesiology) to recommend supplements in her consultations. She works especially well with women navigating breast health challenges or those who have decided not to pursue mammograms as their annual breast imaging.

Rhya Pachin, MS, RDN, LDN, CLT

Functional Medicine Dietitian

Helping you find answers to stubborn symptoms, restore balance, and reclaim your health.

Rhya takes a root-cause approach to addressing persistent chronic inflammation, using comprehensive testing and personalized nutrition. Her primary focus areas are digestive and gut health, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, and autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto’s. Her work bridges conventional clinical training with a whole-person lens often missing from traditional care. Clients drawn to Rhya are usually looking for answers that conventional medicine hasn’t fully offered — and are ready to do the deeper work of getting there. Because “normal labs” shouldn’t mean living with unexplained symptoms.

Beth Quinn, PT, DPT, PRC

Postural Restoration Certified

Hypno-Breathwork and Somatic Healing Certified

John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Practitioner

Usui Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner

Beth sees the body as a messenger and healing as homeostasis, the body wants to return to equilibrium.

Specializing in chronic pain management, her unique blend of services offer strategies to release compensatory patterns and create new habits for breath, posture, and movement.

Through the lens of Postural Restoration®, she provides a biomechanical approach to restore core alignment with proper diaphragm mechanics, allowing release in tension patterns from head to toe. Combining clinical assessment and personalized Postural Restoration® programs with hands-on Myofascial Release expertise, somatic healing and Reiki, she offers an opportunity to return to aligned posture and embodied movement.

Whether it’s care with pregnancy, post-partum, injury recovery, chronic pain, trauma healing, or wellness and longevity, her mission is the same — provide physical, emotional, and energetic healing support to expand into the most aligned version of yourself and live in ease.
