Where Grace House Began

A journey rooted in purpose, born from the belief that healing deserves a home of its own.

Your Journey Starts Here

Liz Hudson spent her career in the therapy room. As a licensed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, she worked in the depths somatic, spiritual, integrative — helping clients unearth what talk alone couldn't reach.
And again and again, she watched the same thing happen. A client would do real work in session — something would shift, something would open — and then they'd step outside into a system with no thread running through it. A bodyworker in one part of town. A physician in another. A nutritionist somewhere else entirely, with no idea what the other was doing. The healing was real, but it was scattered. Nobody was holding the whole picture. Nobody but the client themselves, who was often too depleted to hold it at all.

Liz kept asking the same question: what if it didn't have to be this way? What if healing could live under one roof — one house, one team, one continuous path — where every practitioner actually knew the person in front of them, and knew each other?

Thus, Grace House was born.

It started as a conviction and became a home. Liz hand selected every practitioner who walks through these doors — not just for credentials, but for care. For the willingness to see a client as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms to divide up and hand off. Today, Grace House is a multi-disciplinary team of holistic practitioners offering psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, functional medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and more — bound together by a shared belief that holistic care shouldn't be the exception you have to go searching for. It should be the norm.

We built Grace House for the person who's tired of piecing their own care together. Who wants to be known, not processed. Who's ready to walk into a place where every door leads to someone who's already rooting for them.

This is that place. We think you'll feel it the moment you walk in.

Why Grace house

You don't need another provider added to a growing list. You need a team.

At Grace House, every practitioner works from the same understanding of you — your history, your goals, the full picture — because we've built this place so that understanding can be shared, not re-explained at every new door. When your therapist thinks acupuncture might help, she's not sending you off to a stranger. She's walking you down the hall to someone she already trusts.

That's the difference. Coordinated care instead of scattered appointments. One story instead of ten intake forms. A team that talks to each other, so you don't have to hold the whole picture alone.

With expertise spanning more than thirteen modalities under one roof, healing at Grace House doesn't happen in fragments. It happens as one continuous path — because that's how real care was always meant to work.

Answers to what our community asks most before their first visit.

Is Grace House in-network with insurance?

Grace House Wellness operates on a self-pay basis. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds, and we’re happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. We recommend confirming payment details with your practitioner ahead of your first visit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation windows and rescheduling details can vary slightly by service. You’ll receive this information when you book, and your practitioner is always happy to answer any questions.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Most first visits begin with an initial consultation to understand your history and goals, followed by care tailored to that consultation. Your practitioner will let you know if there’s anything to prepare or bring beforehand.

Can I see more than one practitioner at Grace House?

Yes — many of our clients do. Our team can coordinate care when appropriate (with your permission), so your treatment feels connected rather than fragmented.
